Everything at Good Intentions is 100% vegan. We change our menus seasonally and pride ourselves on our terrific atmosphere, service, and attention to detail. We have options for folks avoiding gluten (although we do produce our own wheat-based seitan so do not consider ourselves safe for those with celiac disease). We proudly support our local & regional community, using products from St. Pete Ferments, Green Bench, Coppertail, Cactus Hat Mushrooms, Catalyst Creamery, Gulf Coast Sourdough, Sami's GF Bakery, Afternoon Roasting and the Tempeh Shop. Our handcrafted cocktails and no proof beverages are created in house and feature seasonal and local ingredients. The Espresso Martini is a must try! And don't forget about our happy hour!
The Goodies menu features shareable starters, amazing salads and sandwiches. From Big Can Nachos to Whipped Ricotta Most items are made from scratch and everything is made with love.
We serve brunch every Saturday & Sunday from 11am-3pm. This is our Loco Moco - don't forget to add a Bloody Mary to round out the perfect brunch experience!
Our mains vary from New American to Korean to Southern, and basically nothing is off limits when it comes to the creativity of our main dishes, many of which have the option of adding tempeh, tofu, or lion's mane mushrooms.
